General Information:
The multi-award winning and Michelin star-accredited Foliage has glorious views over one of the finest Royal Parks in London. Situated within the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, its interior decor literally brings the park inside with fresh leaves sandwiched between glass plates. Dark wood chairs are upholstered in butterscotch leather to blend flawlessly with the rosewood panelling. Clever lighting changes to reflect the changing seasons as does its menu. Starters include highlights such as Artichoke with Black Truffle and Quails Egg followed by Scallop with Cauliflower, Ceps and Sherry, and mains like Guinea Fowl with Truffle Polenta. Vegetarians can enjoy this restaurant's memorable Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Sage and Butternut Squash, and finish with a Calvados Soufflé. For gourmets, there is a Tasting Menu of seven courses as well as an extensive wine list to complement the menus.
